From developers and product managers to sales and ops, we run contingency and retainer searches for mid-to-senior roles. You only pay when we place someone who stays past probation.
Typical fee: 5-15% of first-year salary.

Need help setting up hiring processes, JD frameworks, interview scorecards, or onboarding? We’ve built these systems for startups and SMEs across Pakistan. Flat fee, no retainer games.
3. Employer Branding & Outbound
If great candidates don’t know you exist, you won’t hire them. We help you position your company and reach passive talent through LinkedIn, networks, and targeted outreach.
